Warranty Program

We use reliable international shipping methods, all you need to do is make sure your address is convenient to receive your delivery, and make sure your contact number is open so that the courier can contact you if they are unable to deliver.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from receiving your product to request a return. If 7 days have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any address on the parcel you received.

Return shipping costs are typically borne by the customer. We do not currently offer free returns, and customers need to prepay the return shipping. If the return is due to a quality issue with the item or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

You can enter the coupon code at checkout to enjoy the corresponding discount and save your money. Please note that if you have already placed an order, you will no longer be able to use the coupon code.

It may take 2-5 days for your order to be shipped. We will send you an email to notify you of your tracking number once it has been shipped.
